Esto implica, de un lado, innovar en la práctica, cultura y organización de las instituciones educativas dando mayor protagonismo a las tecnologías digitales emergentes y, de otro, reducir la desigualdad y la exclusión social que puedan sucederse en cualquiera de sus formas.
