Das Transsubjektivitätsprojekt
Thema der Studie war die Entwicklung von Argumentationsmöglichkeiten zur rationalen Auflösung von Konflikten, die auf der Unverträglichkeit von Zwecken beruhen. Rational wurden Konfliktlösungen genannt, wenn sie Zwecke-Unverträglichkeiten aufheben. Die zentralen Fragen der Studie lauteten: Wie können aus subjektiven Begehrungen, deren Umsetzung zu Beginn eines Disputs gefordert wird, gerechtfertigte präskriptive Aussagen entwickelt werden? Welche Reichweite haben Rechtfertigungen der methodisch-konstruktiven Ethik? Theoretischer Ausgangspunkt war die Aristotelische Parallelität ontischer und deontischer Argumentationsstrukturen. Analysiert und weiterentwickelt wurden die Bedingungen, die es erlauben, präskriptive Aussagen analog zu jenem Argumentationsmuster zu rechtfertigen, nach dem deskriptive Aussagen begründet werden. Die Aufgabe bestand darin, ein gesichertes und verlässliches Verfahren zur Erfassung subjektiver Begehrungen zu entwickeln, die der empirischen Sozialforschung nicht ohne Weiteres zugänglich sind.
Konstruktive Begriffsbildung
Zahlreiche internationale empirische Untersuchungen der Naturwissenschaftsdidaktik zeigen grundsätzliche Aneignungsprobleme auf. Abstraktionsprozesse werden kaum vollzogen. Auch im Falle großer Formelkompetenzen wird die Semantik nicht angeeignet. Die physikalischen Begriffe werden in bestehende lebensweltliche kognitive Systeme integriert. Das Resultat ist kein physikalisches, sondern ein erweitertes lebensweltliches Wissen. Methodisch-konstruktive Aspekte einer empirischen Sozialwissenschaft
In diesem Büchlein wird die Frage abgehandelt, wie eine empirische Sozialwissenschaft Erkenntnisse über ihre Gegenstände gewinnen kann.
