La chimère des inconscients
Le premier livre de Michel de M'Uzan, L'investigation psychosomatique, écrit en collaboration avec Pierre Marty et Christian David, est publié en 1963, son dernier, Aux confins de l'identité, en 2005 : entre ces deux textes, deux autres ouvrages font référence. Ce sont les oeuvres de ce très célèbre psychosomaticien français que commente chacun des contributeurs ici, y voyant le reflet d'une solidarité toujours maintenue entre théorie de la vie psychique et théorie de la pratique analytique.

L'artiste, qui crée dans un moment de saisissement, mis pour ainsi dire hors de lui, le psychanalyste, qui se trouve un instant " saisi " par l'inconscient de son patient, l'être aimant, qui se laisse happer par le mourant, ne sont que des exemples extrêmes de la précarité des milites en quoi l'auteur discerne non pas une disposition nécessairement pathologique, ou un accident purement négatif, mais bien la chance de l'être dans ses efforts pour se construire lui-même et atteindre sa vérité.
