An understanding of some of the tools and techniques of yoga in rhythm and rhyme... While completing my Yoga Teacher Training, I decided to record my understanding of the practice. What emerged were twenty-five poems about the practice of yoga. Many are centered on Patanjali's Eight Limbs, but also include Kirtan and teaching. I've included lined pages so instructors and students can make their own notes regarding the practice. My intention is to ignite inspiration and insight for practitioners.
