Eine neue Zeit hat begonnen. Andere Schwerpunkte werden nun gesetzt. Gefälligkeit, einst verpönt, ist wieder gefragt. Harte Arbeit am Text zahlt sich aus. Man sieht sie dem Werk später oft gar nicht mehr an, wenn es scheinbar schwerelos im Raum schwebt, und doch ist sie fast immer notwendig. Die Literatur wird breiter, mehr und mehr Menschen beteiligen sich. Das spiegelt sich in dieser Anthologie mit ihren 271 Werken wider.
