Influential Peers! Consumer behavior and complex business relationships in food supply chain networks
Consumers and primary producers are identified as important stakeholders in the necessary evolution to more sustainable agri-food supply chains. To contribute to their sustainable development, this dis-sertation analyzes both consumers current sustainability led food consumption trends and complex interactions among primary producers in food supply chain networks (FSCN). With respect to con-sumers, the influence of consumer comprehension on purchasing behavior of food products that car-ry sustainable food labels is investigated. Furthermore, characteristics of food consumption trends receptive to technological innovations, namely social media marketing, and driven by social innova-tions, this being consumers’ motives to consume food products for health-related luxury reasons are analyzed. Among primary producers, this dissertation investigates the influence of multiplex relation-ship dynamics, i.e. the influence of business and personal relationship dynamics among social net-work members on farmers’ strategic FSCN decisions.

Rhyme and Rhyming in Verbal Art, Language, and Song
This collection of thirteen chapters answers new questions about rhyme, with views from folklore, ethnopoetics, the history of literature, literary criticism and music criticism, psychology and linguistics. The book examines rhyme as practiced or as understood in English, Old English and Old Norse, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Karelian, Estonian, Medieval Latin, Arabic, and the Central Australian language Kaytetye. Some authors examine written poetry, including modernist poetry, and others focus on various kinds of sung poetry, including rap, which now has a pioneering role in taking rhyme into new traditions. Some authors consider the relation of rhyme to other types of form, notably alliteration. Iedereen behandelt me nu anders. Alsof ik een kapotte pop ben waarvan de scheuren met lijm zijn dichtgeplakt. Het geeft niets. Hun medelijden kan ik wel aan. Maar niet die van hem. Niet Nicoli’s medelijden. Ik haat hoe hij naar me kijkt, alsof ik een of ander fragiel poppetje ben dat hij niet durft aan te raken, te bang om me te breken. Ik wil dat hij me weer liefheeft zoals hij deed voordat deze hele nachtmerrie begon. Hij moet snappen dat ik sterker ben dan hij denkt. Ik ben geen slachtoffer en ik ben meer dan enkel een overlever. Ik ben een vechter. Dus terwijl Nicoli en zijn broers jacht maken op de man die me wilde breken, stippel ik mijn eigen pad naar wraak uit. Dit is niet de oorlog van Het Genootschap. Dit is míjn gevecht. Ik heb dat alles niet gewoon overleefd om te verliezen. Ik ben uit die hel gekropen als een nog sterkere vrouw. Een koningin. En Nicoli moet dat inzien. Hij moet stoppen met zichzelf de schuld te geven. Dat doe ik ook niet. Want hÍj was degene die me uiteindelijk heeft gered. Of moet het ergste voor ons nog komen?
