THE URGENCY OF PROGRESSIVE LAW REFORM ON VIRTUAL LAND OWNERSHIP IN THE METAVERSE WORLD
The Metaverse is becoming an increasingly popular technology topic, especially during the pandemic which has massively limited physical interaction. In the Metaverse, users can perform a variety of activities, including virtual transactions, economic, entertainment and social activities. Therefore, there is an urgent need to update the law in the economic field, which aims to accommodate people's needs while providing protection for their rights and obligations. This research will analyse and elaborate normatively and conceptually on the aspects of business that can be done in Metaverse, as well as the importance of legal updates for users who transact virtually. The research approach used is normative juridical, with a statutory and conceptual approach. The legal materials used are secondary, analysed descriptively qualitative. This research found various business potentials in Metaverse, which also includes legal aspects. Seeing the many opportunities and challenges that exist, progressive legal norms are needed to provide legal protection to the community, by formulating integrated regulations specifically to regulate virtual transactions in the Metaverse world.

The 7th Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science Education International Seminar (MSCEIS) was held by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) and the collaboration with 12 University associated in Asosiasi MIPA LPTK Indonesia (AMLI) consisting of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), Universitas Negeri Malang (UM), Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED), Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), Universitas Negeri Manado (UNIMA), Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM), Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (UNDHIKSA), Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG), and Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA). Teaching English as a Foreign Or Second Language
This creative book focuses on teaching English as a foreign or second language. It is designed for use by self-motivated teachers of EFL/ESL who seek to maximize their own potential as teachers and, in doing so, maximize the learning of their students. The book includes information about exploration of teaching, classroom interaction and management, teaching materials and media, culture and the sojourning teacher, as well as how language instructors can teach students listening, conversation, reading, and writing skills. It can be used by EFL/ESL teachers nor formally trained in teaching English to students of other languages and by individuals who wish to increase their teaching skills through independent self-study. Guidelines for Constructing Consumption Aggregates for Welfare Analysis
In September 2001, staff from the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund met with the objective of strengthening collaboration between the two organizations in projects of civil service reform. This strengthened collaboration will have key benefits in ensuring consistency between the conflicting goals of the two organizations, establishing realistic objectives within the reform process, and maintaining a core set of wage and employment data. The principal conclusion arrived at was that World Bank and IMF staff should be engaging in collaboration earlier in the reform process. To guide the collaboration, six foundations were identified. These include: develop a medium-term fiscal framework; foster national ownership by making reforms politically feasible; focus and streamline conditionality; agree on sequencing and timing of reforms; and strengthen data collection. These principals will be tested for effectiveness in several focus countries.

Whether the judgements translators of different language works make are normative and somehow wrapped up in societal values that change with time or social positioning is the subject of these contributions.
