Living Kurikulum lebih mengarah pada proses pembelajaran holistik secara utuh atau menyeluruh dengan melibatkan semua anggota sekolah, lingkungan maupun dengan Tuhan Sang Maha Pencipta. Living Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam yaitu suatu pembelajaran yang aktif yang dilaksanakan bersama antara guru, peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran untuk sama-sama mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam.
