buku ini berisi tentang dasar-dasar pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar yang terdiri dari Sembilan chapter, setiap chapter buku memuat pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar dari berbagai bidang keilmuan, buku ini diharapkan dapat memberi sumbangsih bagi kemajuan pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya pada jenjang sekolah dasar, selain itu buku ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal mahasiswa pendidikan guru sekolah dasar sebelum terjun ke duni kerja di masa depan.

Terluka adalah kondisi yang paling tidak diinginkan oleh seluruh makhluk hidup di alam semesta, dengan berbagai cara, kita akan mengupayakan untuk menghindarinya, namun tetap saja luka akan datang tanpa mampu kita hindari, akhirnya kita menjadi manusia terluka, rasa sedih dan kecewa diiringi tangis akan menjadi tanda mutlak bahwa kita sedang terluka, namun tanpa kita sadari juga, sebenarnya ada makna mendalam yang membersamai kedatangan luka itu, bersama luka ada pesan yang Tuhan titipkan kepadanya bahwa kita harus terbiasa dan berdamai dengan luka, karena bersamanya kita akan menjadi manusia yang kuat, manusia hebat yang akan terus berubah ke arah yang lebih baik setiap harinya. Buku ini berisi tentang pengalaman nyata dari penyintas Anxiety Disorder (sindrom kecemasan), tentang perjalanannya berdamai dengan luka, semoga buku ini memberi inspirasi untuk orang-orang yang sedang terluka, juga orang-orang yang sedang berjuang menghadapi Anxiety Disorder.
