O Programa de Pós-Graduação da Universidade Federal do Pampa ofertou, no campus Jaguarão, o curso de Especialização em Metodologia de Ensino de Línguas e Literaturas, entre 2013 e 2014, com a finalidade de propiciar a formação continuada a licenciados(as) em Letras e demais licenciaturas que ministram Língua Portuguesa, Língua Espanhola e/ou respectivas Literaturas para qualificar a Educação Básica de Jaguarão/RS e região, bem como pro-mover um espaço de socialização de saberes e experiências. Nessa perspectiva, este livro justamente tem o propósito de apresentar alguns artigos científicos produzidos pelos cursistas/especialistas, advindos das leituras, práticas pedagógicas, discussões e reflexões durante o curso e sob a supervisão dos seus orientadores.
