This book constitutes a through refereed proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Finance, Economics and Business(ICoFEB) 2018, conducted on November, 12 – 13, 2018 at Universitas Malikussaleh, Lhokseumawe, Aceh-Indonesia. The conference was organised by Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Malikussaleh. The 67 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 102 submissions. SSIK 2023
This book contains the Proceedings of Regional Seminar on Community Issues (SSIK) 2023. The conference is co-hosted by Universitas Halu Oleo (Indonesia), Institute for Social Science of Universiti Putra Malaysia (Malaysia), Universitas Teuku Umar (Indonesia), and Universitas Abulyatama (Indonesia). The event was held on September 20, 2023, in Kendari City, South East Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The collaboration includes joint committees and support from keynote speakers from each university. This year’s conference provides an interdisciplinary forum for researchers, educators, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss the latest trends and issues on the theme and offer challenges and solutions within a given scope. Research articles, literature reviews, and position papers are welcome.

Bidaahkah Amalanku?
Bidaah merujuk kepada amalan atau kepercayaan yang diada-adakan bertentangan dengan al-Quran, as-Sunnah, ijmak dan juga qiyas. Ia juga merujuk kepada amalan yang bertentangan dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh generasi awal umat Islam atau generasi salaf mereka. Ada yang mengatakan, bidaah adalah semua perkara baharu walhal hanya perkara baharu dalam amalan berkaitan agama sahaja dianggap bidaah. Ada juga yang mengatakan, suatu amalan itu dianggap bidaah hanya dalam mazhab lain dan bukan Mazhab Syafie. Walhal rupanya, ulama Mazhab Syafie juga mengatakan yang ia adalah amalan bidaah. Ada yang mengatakan amalannya itu tidak bidaah kerana ada hujah ilmiah walhal secara ilmiahnya amalan itu memang bidaah. Hujah yang mengatakan ia tidak bidaah adalah hujah yang kurang ilmiah. Pendedahan ini bukan untuk mengelirukan umat Islam di Malaysia, sebaliknya pendedahan ini demi membudayakan budaya beramal dengan ilmu dan bukan ikut-ikutan. Demi amalan yang sahih mengikut sunah Rasullullah s.a.w.
The History of the Book in South Asia
The History of the Book in South Asia covers not only the various modern states that make up South Asia today but also a multitude of languages and scripts. For centuries it was manuscripts that dominated book production and circulation, and printing technology only began to make an impact in the late eighteenth century. Print flourished in the colonial period and in particular lithographic printing proved particularly popular in South Asia both because it was economical and because it enabled multi-script printing. There are now vibrant publishing cultures in the nation states of South Asia, and the essays in this volume cover the whole range from palm-leaf manuscripts to contemporary print culture.
