Willkommen in der Immobilien-Vorhölle: Makler haben bekanntlich einen strittigen Ruf. Und der Haifisch, der hat Zähne.... Dass aber manche Makler für einen erfolgreichen Abschluss fast über Leichen gehen, das wissen nur Insider. Anette Dilger gelingt es so kenntnisreich wie unterhaltsam, Einblick in einen knallharten Markt zu geben. Wer in einem der Top-Büros so wie "Drängl & Melkers" anheuert, muss offenbar seine Seele verkaufen. Lügen sind erwünscht, Skrupel verboten. Dank der sympathischen Heldin Anna bleibt aber Hoffnung im Haifischbecken. Ein humorvoller, kluger Roman für alle, denen das Menschliche wichtiger ist als der Profit. Absolut lesenswert.
Human Design
In einer dystopischen Zukunft, entscheidet gegen Geld in die Köpfe gespeistes Fachwissen über Karriere und Erfolg. Hacker Carlos, genannt “Cooli”, fälscht die Daten, um auch Ärmeren Chancen einzuräumen. Doch dann eröffnet sein erfolgreichen Bruder ihm auf einer Familienfeier, dass er Cooli entlarvt hat und bietet ihm einen Deal an: Entweder er verrät ihn oder er gibt seine kriminelle Karriere auf und nimmt eine von ihm verschaffte, legale Stelle in seiner Firma Human Design an, die sich darauf spezialisiert hat, die besten Erinnerungs-Angebote für sämtliche Anlässe bereitzustellen: Urlaube, Paartherapien, Fachwissen für die Karriere - Lebensoptimierung in allen Bereichen. Für den Draufgänger Cooli kommt ein gewöhnliches Arbeitnehmerdasein eigentlich nicht in Frage, aber er nimmt aus Angst vor einer Haftstrafe an. Dann wird er einem Programm zugeteilt, das Jugendliche betreut, die Schlimmes erlebt haben und Freundet sich mit der 13-jährigen Leni an. Doch bald findet er mit Hilfe der Praktikantin Paula heraus, das etwas mit dem Wohltätigkeitsprogramm nicht stimmt und muss endlich Verantwortung übernehmen.
Digitale Technik für ambulante Pflege und Therapie II
Wie können Pflege und Gesundheitswesen so digitalisiert werden, dass alle davon profitieren? Dieser Frage widmen sich Expert*innen aus den Bereichen Medizin, Pflege und Therapie. Sie präsentieren Ergebnisse, die im Kontext der Veranstaltung »Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen – Gehen Sie mit uns in eine neue Zukunft« an der Ostbayerischen Technischen Hochschule Regensburg im Juli 2022 entstanden. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei die Projektreihe »DeinHaus 4.0«. Daneben bespielen die Beiträge aber auch die Themen digitale Versorgungsanwendungen in Pflege und Gesundheit, Akzeptanz und Nutzung von sozio-assistiven Technologien in der Pflege sowie digitalisierte Logopädie bzw. Physiotherapie.
Häkchen-Harakiri
Konrad könnte glücklich sein. Stattdessen vergrault er seine Freundin und schmeißt im Affekt seinen ungeliebten Job als Pressetexter hin. Wenn schon bei Null anfangen, dann auf ganzer Linie – Männerlogik eben. Nur kurz badet er in Selbstmitleid, dann schreibt er eine To-do-Liste: zehn Dinge, die er noch nie getan hat, aber schon immer tun wollte – oder auch nicht. Es gibt eben Dinge, die ein Mann tun muss. Auf der Jagd nach Häkchen stürzt er sich in das Abenteuer seines Lebens und stolpert von einer skurrilen Situation in die nächste: Wie trinkt man mit der soeben verstorbenen Nachbarin einen Kaffee? Wie bricht man ohne jeden Grund eine Prügelei vom Zaun? Und wie hält man sich bei alldem seine besorgten Eltern vom Leib? Konrad ist stets um Haltung und Würde bemüht – doch die Liste kennt keine Gnade. Ein erfrischender Roman – mal locker-leicht, mal bitter-süß, doch immer höchst amüsant. Und, mal ehrlich: Sind wir nicht alle ein bisschen Konrad?
