We are delighted to introduce the proceedings of the First edition of the 2019 European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) The International conference on business, law, and pedagogy (ICBLP 2019). The International conference on business, law, and pedagogy accepts the papers in the three thematic areas with multiple research approaches and methodologies. The conference provides a platform for wide-ranging issues, which captures contemporary developments in business, law and pedagogy within which a wide range of networking opportunities can be nurtured for the advancement of future research and global collaboration. This approach is now vital in research endeavours as business, law and pedagogy practices are increasingly prone to an era of cross-fertilization through meaningful multi-disciplinary collaborations We strongly believe that ICBLP conference provides a good forum for all researcher, developers and practitioners to discuss all science and technology aspects that are relevant to smart grids. Motivasi belajar siswa adalah daya penggerak di dalam diri siswa untuk melakukan aktivitas belajar tertentu yang berasal dari dalam diri dan juga dari luar individu, sehingga tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh siswa dapat tercapai dengan baik. Hasil belajar sebagai akibat dari proses belajar seseorang terkait dengan perubahan perilaku pada diri orang yang belajar. Bentuk perubahan sebagai hasil dari belajar berupa perubahan pengetahuan, pemahaman, sikap dan tingkah laku, keterampilan dan kecakapan. Strategi komplementer merupakan kombinasi antara metode daring dan luring yang bersifat komplementer yaitu antara 7 metode saling mengisi dan saling melengkapi dengan pembobotan yang berbeda pada setiap metode tergantung karakteristik dan situasi kondisi sekolah, sehingga dengan strategi itu pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa darurat tetap dapat dilaksanakan secara berdaya dan berhasil guna serta yang paling utama adalah dapat terselenggara secara adil, merata, dan menjangkau semua peserta didik.
Teori Dan Praktik Metode Penelitian Kuantitatif Kualitatif
Metodologi penelitian merupakan langkah-langkah yang ada dalam penelitian, sedangkan metode penelitian adalah cara dari setiap langkah yang ada tersebut. Metodologi penelitian tersebut berisi pengetahuan yang mengkaji mengenai metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Sementara itu, metode penelitian sebagai alat untuk mencari jawaban terhadap pemecahan permasalahan, pada dasarnya menggunakan dua pendekatan utama, yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kedua pendekatan tersebut menggunakan paradigma yang berbeda. Perbedaan paradigma penelitian kuantitatif dengan kualitatif menyebabkan perbedaan proses penelitian yang dilaksanakan dari kedua pendekatan tersebut. Hal ini menyebabkan metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data juga berbeda.
