"Family Stories: A patchwork of me ", is about a family that came from Guyana and worked hard to become successful in the U.S.A. This family is my family. We are a teaching family. Education is my number one priority. Everyone has to try hard and try to be successful. Success is not an accident. Rather it is a journey that is traveled and everyone can be happy as they work towards their own goals and dreams. This is a patch work of me. I have shared my family pictures with the world because they help to explain the complexities of my journey. My parents were both principals , and they instilled in each of us the values of good education and hard work in order to achieve success.

Stereochemistry of Radical Reactions
As little as a decade ago, radicals were regarded as interesting reactive intermediates with little synthetic use. However, recent results show that radicals have an enormous potential for applications in stereoselective reactions - it's all a matter of knowing what method to use and how to apply it. Three world experts in the field have combined their expertise and present the concepts to understand and even to predict the course of stereoselective radical reactions. In addition, guidelines are established which will enable the readers to plan and carry out their own stereoselective syntheses with radicals. The nearly 150-year-old sport of cycling had its first competition in France in 1868. Soon afterward, the need arose for purpose-built cycling tracks because of poor road conditions at the time. Racing on blocked off pieces of street or grass soon evolved into racing on special tracks called velodromes. This development marked the split into what are still the two main forms of cycling competition: road racing and track racing. Meet Sarah. The protagonist of the Sarah Bowers series was fashioned after my granddaughter, Sarah Rude. Sarah grew up in Beaufort, where her life revolved around family, church, and friends, with emphasis on faith in God and traditional family values. Sarah graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, where she met her husband, Chris, also a graduate of Berklee. The couple, with Orville, their pet duck, live in Northridge, California.
