Excerpt from List of Members of the New-England Historic Genealogical Society: January, 1893 ON the sixth of February, 1889, the Council of the new-england historic genealogic'al society ordered that a Special Committee on the Rolls of Membership be appointed. The duty of this Committee was to prepare complete lists, in chronological and alphabetical order, of the names of all persons that have ever been actually members of this Society. Messrs.
