Dalam mencari puisi yang baik, pengarang menemui haiku, tanka dan renga; sonnet dan iambic pentameter. Saya teruja dengan bentuk seloka dalam Ramayana, selain klon dan Thailand. Namun yang paling indah, berahsia dan tidak pudar-pudar gemerlapnya melalui masa atau budaya, tidak lain dan tidak bukan ialah – dari bentuk Melayu-Nusantara: pantun.
