Buku ini disusun untuk memenuhi referensi dalam mengkaji bahan kajian keterampilan praktik klinik kebidanan, yang meliputi: persiapan dan pemeriksaan diagnostik yang berhubungan dengan kebidanan, tindakan untuk pengobatan dalam asuhan kebidanan, obat obatan yang digunakan dalam kebidanan, teknik pemenuhan nutrisi dan cairan pada pasien kebidanan, prinsip pemberian obat, prinsip resusitasi, asuhan pada pasien pre dan pasca bedah, perawatan luka, buka jahitan.
PENCEGAHAN ANEMIA DENGAN MAKANAN TAMBAHAN
Kondisi anemia pada ibu hamil mempunyai dampak kesehatan terhadap ibu dan anak dalam kandungan, Antara lain meningkatkan risiko bayi dengan berat lahir rendah, keguguran, kelahiran premature, stunting dan kematian pada ibu dan bayi baru lahir. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil masih sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu harus dilakukan tindakan pencegahan untuk mengurangi kejadian anemia. Tindakan pencegahan anemia Selain mengkonsumsi tablet fe ibu hamil juga dapat mengkonsumsi makanan tambahan yang diolah sendiri untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin dalam darah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Iis Sopiah Suryani., SST.,M.keb bahwa olahan ikan lele menjadi otak otak goreng ikan lele dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin da saturasi oksigen dalam darah. Ikan lele merupakan salah satu bahan pangan yang mudah disajikan serta harganya lebih murah dari ikan lainnya. Dengan keadaan ibu hamil yang rentan mengalami anemia maka ibu hamil harus memenuhi gizinya dengan menambahkan makanan tambahan, bisa berupa camilan yang terbuat dai bahan ikan lele sehingga kebutuhan zat besinya akan terpenuhi.
