Dalam bidang pengembangan, 81% merasa bertambah wawasannya dengan berpartisipasi di NVCF. 50% merasa menjadi punya program yang jelas, sementara 48% merasa cukup. Kemudian dengan NVCF, 50% pusat karier merasa perannya menjadi lebih diperhatikan, dengan 48% lainnya merasa cukup. Tentu saja pelaksanaan NVCF ini masih jauh dari sempurna, dan banyak kekurangan dan kesalahan di sana-sini.
