Kualifikasi Advokat dalam Buku ini dapat dituangkan melalui Standar Profesi Advokat Indonesia yang merupakan batasan kemampuan minimal seorang advokat baik berupa pengetahuan materi dasar (fungsi dan peran profesi advokat, sistem peradilan Indonesia), ketrampilan/keahlian (hukum acara litigasi) serta sikap profesional (Kode Etik Advokat Indonesia) dalam menjalankan profesinya secara mandiri di masyarakat. Hal dimaksud merupakan gagasan baru yang secara akademik harus dijadikan sebagai dasar kajian mendalam untuk dikembangkan, bukan hanya sebagai kajian yang filosofis atau teoritis, tetapi juga implementatif.

The author served as Radio Nigeria State House correspondent in Aso Rock from 1993-2000. During that period, five different Heads of State presided over Nigeria - three military, and two civilian. He accompanied the leaders to all major events within and outside Nigeria, and this book is his diary on people and events during that period. The book gives an insight into the stories behind the headlines. It does not aim to make comparisons of any kind; but rather to document the author's experiences as a historical record from the inside.
