Vidas Amatlenses
La identidad de los pueblos radica en escudriñar el pasado desde la óptica de nuestro presente, el cual se observa estupendo consultando las fuentes en las proezas de aquellos hombres que forjaron nuestra historia. Es así como nace este pequeño proyecto, el del rescate de los personajes de nuestro municipio, con el nombre de Vidas Amatlenses, no sin olvidar que el termino se antoja local (de la cabecera municipal) pero pretende serlo global (de todo el municipio), por ello lo de Amatlense, que se engloba a nuestro territorio municipal. Con las grandes conmemoraciones de los Centenarios, Nayarit no ha estado excluido en el marco general de los festejos, mucho menos nuestro municipio, que orgullosamente tenemos tela de donde cortar. Vidas Amatlenses, es el proyecto de nuestro tiempo y espacio, de nuestra gente y la de las futuras generaciones, que con ello verán reflejados los esfuerzos titánicos de hombres y mujeres que hicieron su propia historia y la combinaron con la de su comunidad.
