Francisco Soler Guevara, nació en Cuevas del Almanzora (Almería). Accedió al campo de la enseñanza mediante acceso directo del llamado Plan del 67, ejerciendo gran parte de su vida docente como profesor de Matemáticas y Ciencias de la Naturaleza, primeramente en Barcelona y posteriormente en Almería.En su andadura cultural, cursó estudios en la Escuela de Ingenieros Técnicos Agrícolas de Madrid y posteriormente en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de Barcelona, en la rama de Filosofía.También obtuvo en Almería el Grado Superior en el idioma Italiano.
