The pictures of New York photographer Paul Reitz are unostentatious and clearly arranged - which makes them all the more bewitching! Reitz abstains from creating any exaggerated settings, he simply relies on his photographic skills and the uniqueness of his breathtakingly beautiful models. The models alone make his book a real hit - they're the type of men readers just won't be able to take their eyes off!
This book is an attempt to document some of the many ways pop music and punk and post-punk style affected the lifestyles of that period in Northern New Jersey. It is based on my scrapbook and what I can remember about my favorite events of the period. It tells a lot of the story, but is no way complete. I urge fellow participants to write their own books in order to give credit to others who helped to change the corporate dictators of style, media and products to what the people wanted instead of what the corporations wanted. Eventually, the corporations got their power back, but the changes were permanently put into place and still exist in pop culture to this day. There are many photos, news clippings and promotional materials. There are also some photos from the author's personal collection that have never been seen before
In her dreams, a ghost demands to be heard... Trisha Eaton has been plagued by mysterious nightmares ever since her parents adopted her as a young girl. She chalked them up to childish nuisances until they return-- with a vengeance. Something about the Drake house next door to her family’s apple orchard haunts her. Now, her night terrors and sleepwalking seem to be luring her to something dark. When a series of strange events crops up, Trisha turns to Nick Mackey. As the new deputy in town, Nick just wants to put his traumatic past behind him. An undeniable attraction for Trisha has piqued interest and has him wondering if a shot at a normal life was possible. But Trisha has somehow struck a nerve, and a long-buried secret. A secret that someone they know will kill to keep veiled. Uncovered answers only seem to lead to more questions in a case where nothing makes sense. One chilling fact remains... some nightmares are all too real. "Lovely prose, compelling characters, and unexpected plot twists make this a genre-bending winner!" ~Roxanne St. Claire, New York Times Bestselling Author
