Doyle was the author of Sherlock Holmes, and a spiritualist from the early twentieth century. He predicted, with this book, the coming of a spiritually based religion influenced by the spiritualist movement of his time, which included channeling, seances, automatic writing, and other strange, psychic occurrences. He investigated these things thoroughly and believed these realms held more answers than any standard religion. The Old Revelation, Doyle says, has lost its power through bigotry, mismanagement, materialism, and claims of infallibility that no longer hold up. New discoveries await us, and one can start to explore them now by reading this classic work.
Volume Two continues where Part One left offwithin the areas of the zodiac and astro-theology. Advanced information, at a higher level than Volume One. Contains more information on astrology than any book you are likely to see. It is a small occult library in itself, commonly used as a text for esoteric knowledge, whether alone or part of a group. Both books contain spiritual truths not found elsewhere, mostly concerning mans place in the universe, both here and after death.
Historical document or a forgery? "The Archko Volume" contains the testimonies of Jesus' contemporaries, especially his enemies, concerning his arrest, crucifixion, and resurrection. Readers can decide for themselves if they truly contain the recorded testimonies of Caiaphas, Herod, and Pontius Pilate.
One of the greatest proponents of spiritualism was Arthur Conan Doyle, best known as the creator of Sherlock Holms. Spiritualists believe in the continuation of life after death and that we can communicate with those on the other side in ways that can be helpful. In the early 1900's there was a large Spiritualist movement taking place in the world and Doyle chose to document its entire history in this two volume set. Chapters include The Story of Swedenborg, Edward Irving: The Shakers, The Career of the Fox Sisters, First Developments in America, The Dawn in England, The Career of D. D. Home, The Davenport Brothers, The Researches of Sir William Crookes, Collective Investigations of Spiritualism, and much more. To this day the movement has continued to grow, with Spiritualist churches existing around the world. Many people believe in their principles or have experienced them first-hand, making this work important to those who wish to investigate further.

This was Twains most serious and private book. He kept it locked up, considered it to be his Bible, and spoke of it as such to friends. He had rewritten it many times before being satisfied, but still chose not to release it until after his death. It appears in the form of a dialogue between an old man and a young man who discuss who and what mankind really is. We consider ourselves as free and autonomous people, yet this book puts forth the ideas that 1) We are nothing more than machines and originate nothing not even a single thought; 2) All conduct arises from one motive self-satisfaction; 3) Our temperament is completely permanent and unchangeable; and 4) Man is of course a product of heredity, and our future, being fixed, is irrevocable -- which makes life completely predetermined. If these points are true, then buying and reading this book is not in your control, but simply must be done because it was meant to be. If these points are not true you can still make an independent decision to enjoy a great book by a legendary writer.
This book is composed of a rare collection of lectures never before published in a volume by itself. Leadbeater was an extremely prolific and respected writer on psychic development and was once a spiritual teacher at the renowned Theosophical Society. This is Leadbeater's "lost book," now found. We gave it this title, "Secrets Revealed", because it is a collection of amazing information and stories on mind power, magic and ghostly apparitions. Those who have spent years delving into these subjects will often wonder why they have never seen or heard of this information before.
