A Introdução da Lei Antiterrorismo no Brasil
Por meio de uma análise instigante, este livro lança luz sobre os bastidores da promulgação da Lei 13.2602016 ,desde sua proposição pelo Poder Executivo, no governo Dilma Roussef passando pelos debates no Congresso Nacional, evidencia-se algumas das propostas mais esdrúxulas contidas na lei antiterror, entre elas, a punição e a extensão da pena para os chamados atos preparatórios, através dos quais pune-se a suposta intenção de cometer um delito, sendo que, em sentido contrário, o Código Penal Brasileiro, ao menos em tese, prevê punições somente após o início da execução, seja na forma tentada ou consumada. Como enfatiza o autor, a lei aprovada indica ainda, "de maneira espantosa e incoerente", uma punição mais severa para os atos preparatórios do que para a tentativa, algo que, em termos práticos, pode significar a punição do pensamento, uma vez que nem mesmo se iniciou a execução do suposto delito.
