When learning how to read, analyze, and design one's own research, it is useful to review examples of similar research. Understanding and Evaluating Qualitative Educational Research uses published research articles to teach students how to understand and evaluate qualitative research in education. Each example within a category of qualitative research - ethnography, grounded theory, phenomenology, case study, action research, narrative, and mixed methods - is accompanied by commentary from the editor regarding why the particular approach was used and how and why the various aspects of the example relate back to the approach taken. Using case studies, the author argues that without adequate research and management the potential impacts and benefits of educational tourism will not be maximized. In this article, I shared my experience with challenges when delivered Business Plan knowledge and skill, and also how to increase entrepreneurial motivation, skill and entrepreneurial spirit of the students. The strategies with combining teaching and coaching method at Management Department, Universitas Kristen Maranatha in 2021. Hopefully this article can give more information and give insight for other educators who have the same challenges to use the same method or combining coaching method to give better entrepreneurial knowledge, skill, and intention for our students.
