Peternak lele di Kecamatan Bojongsari, Kota Depok, Provinsi Jawa Barat, itu menggunakan mesin pemberi pakan otomatis. Kelebihan perangkat itu yakni distribusi pakan lebih merata.

Sorgum (Sorghum spp.) adalah tanaman serbaguna yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber pangan, pakan ternak dan bahan baku industri. Sebagai bahan pangan, sorgum berada pada urutan ke-5 setelah gandum, jagung, padi, dan jelai. Kandungan proteinn sorgum pun seimbang dengan jagung sebesar untuk sorgum sendiri yaitu 10,11%, sedangkan untuk jagung yaitu 11,02%.
