O devido processo legal foi concebido para aprimorar e garantir decisões mais justas, tanto nos processos judiciais como nos administrativos. Esse conjunto de garantias foi pensado e criado para um mundo analógico onde atos processuais eram praticados, primordialmente, em presença nas Cortes em geral, e as provas eram produzidas sob o contraditório; utilizavam-se documentos escritos em papel, assinando-os à mão, para autenticá-los. As novas tecnologias, em especial o ambiente online, a automação e a inteligência artificial, combinadas, e utilizadas pelo Judiciário e pelos atores processuais com incidência crescente, demandam uma profunda revisão dessa tradicional garantia. Conceitos como contraditório, recorribilidade, imparcialidade, neutralidade, recursos, interferências cognitivas etc., ganham nova dimensão no cenário tecnológico atual e seus conceitos já estabilizados, estão se esgarçando com a mesma velocidade, colocando em risco, o acesso à justiça, os direitos fundamentais e o próprio Estado Democrático de Direito.
A Inteligência Artificial e o Mínimo Informacional
Ao longo da história, o fluxo informacional vem sendo refinado e regulado, exigindo a observância de um processo que respeite os direitos e garantias relacionados ao devido processo informacional. No entanto, os avanços tecnológicos, especialmente nos sistemas de inteligência artificial, têm contribuído para um desalinhamento informacional individual e coletivo. A assimetria de informações causada pelo tratamento de dados pessoais, juntamente com a disseminação das novas tecnologias, pode ter consequências práticas que não apenas afetam as decisões individuais ou institucionais, mas também as influenciam, inclusive as do Estado. O presente trabalho não pretende esgotar o tema, e sim, abrir um caminho frutífero para discussões e aprimoramento do conceito aqui apresentado do Mínimo Informacional, tanto no Direito quanto em outras áreas relacionadas à Tecnologia de Informação e áreas correlatas às ciências humanas, em prol da qualificação da interação entre os seres humanos e a inteligência artificial.

Who Was Who on TV
The information herein was accumulated of fifty some odd years. The collection process started when TV first came out and continued until today. The books are in alphabetical order and cover shows from the 1940s to 2010. The author has added a brief explanation of each show and then listed all the characters, who played the roles and for the most part, the year or years the actor or actress played that role. Also included are most of the people who created the shows, the producers, directors, and the writers of the shows. These books are a great source of trivia information and for most of the older folk will bring back some very fond memories. I know a lot of times we think back and say, "Who was the guy that played such and such a role?" Enjoy!
