Aspectos jurídicos y económicos del transporte
En 2003 se crea en la Universitat Jaume I el CEDIT (Centro de Derecho del Transporte Internacional). Desde entonces este centro ha elaborado diversos informes jurídicos sobre aspectos concretos del transporte de mercancías y coedita una colección de monografías sobre Derecho del Transporte. Asimismo, cada dos años el CEDIT celebra el Congreso Internacional de Transporte, así como numerosas jornadas y cursos sobre este sector del Derecho. A Nacionalidade como Conexão nas Relações Plurilocalizadas - Em Especial no Direito Internacional Privado Europeu
No Direito Internacional Privado de fonte europeia, encontramos regulamentos atinentes a diversas matérias integrantes do estatuto pessoal, designadamente sobre o divórcio e a separação judicial, as sucessões, os regimes matrimoniais e as parcerias registadas. Nestes regulamentos, o legislador europeu prevê a aplicação da lei da nacionalidade, seja por via da autonomia conflitual, seja por via da conexão supletiva, mas também como critério de competência jurisdicional. Não resolveu, no entanto, as dificuldades que a nacionalidade, designadamente a plurinacionalidade, origina. Neste estudo, procuramos detetar e solucionar essas dificuldades, tendo sempre em consideração as coordenadas oferecidas pela jurisprudência do Tribunal de Justiça da União Europeia.
