Merkel Cell Carcinoma
Merkel cell carcinoma is an uncommon but not rare aggressive cutaneous malignancy. It has many similarities to melanoma, particularly in the need for aggressive multidisciplinary treatment, but far less is known about this disease by most practicing physicians.
