Saat di Italia mereka diharuskan keluar dari hotel karena hotel akan di tutup untuk penanganan pasien covid-9 oleh pemerinta dan mereka mau tidak mau memilih tinggal di apartemen. Namun ketika itu, sang pemilik apartemen mengatakan bahwa apartemen sisa satu. Dengan terpaksa mereka tinggal bersama dalam satu apartemen. Rose mengetahui kalau Aslan seorang pengusaha Wine di Inggris dan Aslan akhirnya tahu kalau Rose seorang dokter estetika di Jakarta.
