Wie verlaufen Professionalisierungsprozesse von ReferendarInnen entlang ihrer Anforderungswahrnehmung und der Bearbeitung von (bisweilen krisenhaften) Erfahrungen? Die Autorin erstellt anhand komparativer Fallstudien eine Typologie der Professionalisierungsverläufe und verdeutlicht mit einer Fragebogenstudie Zusammenhänge zwischen personalen Kompetenzen, Beanspruchung und kontextuellen (Ausbildungs-)Bedingungen. Lehrforschung wird Praxis
Die deutschsprachige Hochschuldidaktik ist von Strömungen geprägt, denen historische Entwicklungen und regionale Rahmenbedingungen zugrunde liegen. Bisher gab es noch kein Gesamtkonzept, das diese vorherrschenden Strömungen vereinte. Der vorliegende Tagungsband präsentiert Lösungsansätze zu diesem Thema, die von der 40. Jahrestagung der dghd und dem 1. Internationalen Symposium ProLehre erarbeitet wurden. Die Beiträge fordern eine klare Schwerpunktsetzung der Hochschuldidaktik vor Ort. Durch überregionale Reflexion und Vernetzung kann das Kompetenzzentrum der hochschuldidaktischen Einrichtung dann seinen didaktischen Rahmen erweitern, ohne seinen Schwerpunkt und die individuelle Vision zu verlieren.
