Women Entrepreneurs and Business Empowerment in Muslim Countries
This book analyzes women entrepreneurs in Muslim countries who are using Islamic values to develop and run small businesses. As a core case study, the authors are using Indonesia as it is the largest Muslim country in the world by population. The project examines supportive policies and economic programs in detail and considers their effects on the businesses of several women entrepreneurs. Additionally, the authors argue that this work-life balance is critical for the definition of a successful female Muslim entrepreneur. The monograph considers whether this new phenomenon indicates a change in the conception of ideal Muslim womanhood or whether it is a limited phenomenon with few impacts beyond Indonesia. The book will appeal to academic and practitioner audience interested in Islam, gender studies, Middle Eastern and South Asian politics, development, anthropology, and social policy.

Factors Affecting Local Government Business Organization Change in Indonesia
The government of Indonesia has declared change of management in their local business oganization. Meanwhile, theorists claim that change processes in business organizations are difficult to achieve, and many of them tend to fail. Many factors influence the success of the process. This research aims to identify the factors affecting business organization change in the local government of Indonesia. The current research used qualitative methods and the case study approach. Results show that the change process in local government business organizations in Indonesia is unique and complex. Such complexity is brought about by two aspects: (a) previous managerial problems; and (b) the emergence of new regulations. Changing a local government business organization in Indonesia not only requires the consideration of various factors that are suggested by the theoretical framework but also economic, social, and legal factors. These factors are simultaneously interconnected throughout the change process. Results also reveal that the change in local government business organizations in Indonesia is unique and cannot be applied through theoretical perspective alone.

Strategic Analysis of the Regional Water Company in Cirebon City West Java, Indonesia
The Regional Water Company of Cirebon City or Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Cirebon is a regional drinking water company in West Java. PDAM Cirebon is located in an urban area; hence, it has limited supply of raw water. The urbanization in Cirebon City has enabled PDAM Cirebon to develop consistently with the population growth and other economic activities in the area. Accordingly, PDAM Cirebon faces challenges and opportunities, as well as exhibits strengths and weaknesses. This research intends to study the nature of PDAM Cirebon using SWOT analysis.
