TERAPI MINDFULNESS PADA ADHD
Gangguan Pemusatan Perhatian dan atau Hiperaktivitas/Impulsivitas (GPPH) atau yang dalam bahasa inggris disebut Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) adalah gangguaan neurodevelopmental (gangguan yang terjadi pada masa perkembangan yang mengakibatkan gangguan emosi dan perilaku) yang bersifat kronis dan menetap serta paling sering dijumpai dalam praktik klinis maupun di masyarakat. Gangguan ini ditandai dengan tiga gejala utama meliputi gangguan pemusatan perhatian (inatensi), hiperaktivitas, dan impulsivitas yang lebih berat apabila dibandingkan dengan teman sebaya. Gangguan GPPH atau ADHD memerlukan penangan yang tepat agar tidak menimbulkan permasalahan yang lebih besar dan kompleks. Oleh karena itu pada buku ini akan membahas konsep umum GPPH/ADHD dan secara khusus terapi mindfulness untuk anak dengan ADHD. Topik yang disajikan dalam buku ini yaitu: 1.
