Esai-esai saya dalam buku ini adalah sebuah ikhtiar untuk membaca fenomena yang ada di depan mata kita itu. Gejala-gejala kiwari yang terjadi di Indonesia belakangan ini. Soal pendidikan, misalnya, tidak mungkin kita tidak menautkannya dengan era disrupsi. Sebab, cara-cara usang memang mesti diselaraskan agar lebih kontekstual.
