Die moderne Familienverfassung ist eine schriftliche Abschlusserklarung zum Einigungs- und Willensbildungsprozess einer Unternehmerfamilie hinsichtlich der Motive, Leitlinien und Regelungen fur das Zusammenwirken der Familien- und Verbandsmitglieder. Sie soll die Zusammengehorigkeit der Unternehmerfamilie starken und das Vertragswerk einer Familiengesellschaft erganzen. In der Praxis haben sich beratergepragte Erscheinungsformen einer Familienverfassung entwickelt, die diese Funktionen stets, aber in unterschiedlichem Masse umsetzen. Rechtswissenschaftlich sind weder die Rechtsnatur einer Familienverfassung noch ihre Wirkungen im Vertragswerk eines Familienunternehmens umfassend untersucht. Sebastian Bong ermittelt den ublichen Willen der Beteiligten einer Familienverfassung und ordnet ihn einer rechtlichen Handlungsform zu. Enzymatische Hydrolyse und Fermentation Von Lignocellulose
Auf der Suche nach Alternativen fur fossile Rohstoffe sind erneuerbare lignocellulosehaltige Materialien, wie zum Beispiel Holz, in den Fokus der Forschung geruckt. Diese Rohstoffe bestehen zu einem Grossteil aus Zuckern, die unter anderem fur die Produktion von Chemikalien und (Bio-) Treibstoffen verwendet werden konnen. Um die Polysaccharide der holzernen Biomasse fur industrielle Anwendungen nutzbar zu machen, sind drei Prozessschritte notwendig: Vorbehandlung bzw. Fraktionierung, Hydrolyse der Polysaccharide und Produktgenerierung. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschaftigt sich mit den beiden letzten Prozessschritten und deren Prozessintegration. Als Rohstoff dienen Cellulose-Faserstoffe, die durch Organosolv-Vorbehandlung von Buchenholz oder durch Dampfdruck-Behandlung von Pappel- und Fichtenholz gewonnen werden. Aus diesen werden mittels enzymatischer Hydrolyse die enthaltenen Zucker freigesetzt. Die anschliessende Co-Fermentation zweier Hefen dient dann der Produktion von Ethanol. Die durch experimentelle Optimierung erhobenen Daten werden zur Modellierung des Prozesses sowie zur Stoffstromsimulation genutzt.
