Limit theorems and asymptotic results form a central topic in probability theory and mathematical statistics. Der erstgenannte Autor hat an der TU München über mehrere Jahre Vorlesungen über Stochastik für Studierende des Lehramts gehalten und dabei versucht, den Bezug zu den Möglichkeiten des Unterrichts an Schulen in den Vordergrund zu rücken.
