Four Generations of Velas
Salvador Vela married Leonor Zamora, daughter of Jose Antonio Zamora and Ignacia Tijerina, in 1822 in Reynosa, Nuevo Santander, Mexico. They had eight children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Mexico and Texas.
