Repercussão Geral no Direito Tributário
É de fundamental importância que o estudo jurídico no Brasil dedique mais atenção a análise de casos que tenham sido submetidos ao Poder Judiciário de maneira que se possa compreender como nossos tribunais abordam e tratam de temas tributários das mais diversas naturezas. Com o advento da Lei no 13.105/15, o novo Código de Processo Civil (CPC/2015), o recurso extraordinário, assim como o seu requisito da repercussão geral, ganhou força, tendo em vista as discussões que envolvem a adoção ou não de um sistema de precedentes pelo código, bem como pela importância que as decisões proferidas nessa espécie recursal representam dentro do ordenamento jurídico.
