This Congressional hearing report covers testimony given to the Subcommittee on Postsecondary Education, Training and Life-Long Learning relating to the issue of crime on college campuses. Specifically the testimony addressed a proposed bill before the House of Representatives, the Open Campus Police Logs Act, which would amend the Higher Education Act of 1965.
