This sixth volume (2015) of the European Yearbook of International Economic Law puts a particular emphasis on non-tariff barriers (NTBs) to trade and the world trade order. Thomas Hesselgrave (1780-1856) married Mary Pacy in 1801, and the family immigrated in 1821 from England via Canada to St. Lawrence County, New York. In 1845, they moved to McHenry County, Illinois. Descendants lived in New York, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Utah and elsewhere. Some descendants were Mormons.
