Simpulan lainnya menyatakan bahwa partisipasi penyuluhan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas komunikasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperkuat oleh pernyataan Salman Ali Rusdy dan Aryo Fajar Sunartomo (2020), yang mengungkapkan bahwa komunikasi saling berhubungan sangat erat dengan pembangunan pertanian dimana kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian merupakan salah satu faktor pelancar dalam pembangunan pertanian.
