Bahkan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi efektif tidaknya kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian beberapa penelitian mengungkapkan diantaranya adalah komunikasi. Hasil penelitian Miftahul Rozaq dan Edy Sudaryanto (2018) menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi penyuluhan terhadap kinerja kelompok tani sebagai studi kasus di Desa Karang Tinoto Kecamatan Rengel Kabupaten Tuban memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikansi dengan kategori memiliki hubungan yang sedang. Simpulan lainnya menyatakan bahwa partisipasi penyuluhan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas komunikasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperkuat oleh pernyataan Salman Ali Rusdy dan Aryo Fajar Sunartomo (2020), yang mengungkapkan bahwa komunikasi saling berhubungan sangat erat dengan pembangunan pertanian dimana kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian merupakan salah satu faktor pelancar dalam pembangunan pertanian.

This volume addresses neuronal pain mechanisms at the peripheral, spinal and supraspinal level which are thought to significantly contribute to pain and which may be the basis for the development of new treatment principles. Chapters on nociceptive mechanisms in the peripheral nociceptive system address the concept of hyperalgesic priming, the role of voltage-gated sodium channels in different inflammatory and neuropathic pain states, the hyperalgesic effects of NGF in different tissues and in inflammatory and neuropathic pain states, and the contribution of proteinase activated receptors (PAR) to the development of pain in several chronic pain conditions.
