Faktor kondisi geografis tersebut menjadikan pembangunan kesehatan di kabupaten kepulauan Mentawai merupakan tantang tersendiri bagi pemerintah dan masyarakatnya. Buku ini merupakan laporan kegiatan Tim Kesehatan UAJ di kecamatan Siberut Selatan, Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai selama empat tahun berturut-turut yakni tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2018 yang secara komprehensif memberikan gambaran dan informasi yang akurat mengenai kondisi kesehatan masyarakat di daerah tersebut yang mencakup enam bidang kesehatan, anatara lain: 1.
