Hyvinvointi- ja terveyshyöty
Hyvinvointi- ja terveyshyöty on yhtenäisenä näkökulmana tuore, mutta se sisältää paljon tunnettuja haasteita, ongelmia ja kehittämiskohteita. Pureudun hyvinvointiin ja terveyteen ennen muuta hyötynäkökulmasta. Keskeisen hyötyjän pitää olla kansalainen, asiakas. Sen vuoksi kirjan alaotsikkona on ajopuusta aktiiviksi. Vuonna 2016 kirjoitin BoD-kirjan Soteuudistus - pirullinen ongelma alaotsikolla ajopuu tai projekti. Vuonna 2017 jatkoin osittain soteteemaa aiheella Tietojohtaminen ja tapaus Sote.
SOTE 3.0 - Kohti SOTEn uutta kulttuuria
Sote 3.0:n palvelulupaus on yksilölle syntyvä pärjäämislisä. Nopea palveluihin pääsy ja prosessien sujuva läpimeno ovat laatunäkökulmasta välttämättömiä. Pärjäämislisä koostuu taidoista, joilla haasteet kohdataan ja joiden avulla ihmiset ohjaavat oman elämänsä kulkua joko yksin, yhdessä läheisten tai verkoston avulla. Palvelulupaus toteutuu vasta, kun palvelun avulla aikaansaatu tulos toimii arjessa. Työvälineinä ovat pärjäämishyötymalli ja henkilöstön uudet kompetenssit. Suomi on yksi hyvinvointialue.
