Annotation. The State of Latin American and Caribbean Children 2008 is a regional edition of UNICEF s The State of the World s Children 2008 report. Complementary to the global report, it examines child survival in Latin America and the Caribbean and highlights the need to place child health at the heart of the region s development and human rights agenda.
