Countering online hate speech
The opportunities afforded by the Internet greatly overshadow the challenges. While not forgetting this, we can nevertheless still address some of the problems that arise. Hate speech online is one such problem. But what exactly is hate speech online, and how can we deal with it effectively? As with freedom of expression, on- or offline, UNESCO defends the position that the free flow of information should always be the norm. Counter-speech is generally preferable to suppression of speech. And any response that limits speech needs to be very carefully weighed to ensure that this remains wholly exceptional, and that legitimate robust debate is not curtailed.

This book is issued from a conference around resurgent functions in Physics and multiple zetavalues, which was held at the Centro di Ricerca Matematica Ennio de Giorgi in Pisa, on May 18-22, 2015. This meeting originally stemmed from the impressive upsurge of interest for Jean Ecalle's alien calculus in Physics, in the last years – a trend that has considerably developed since then. World Drug Report 2005

This volume provides the latest research on circulating tumor cells aimed for cancer researchers, scientists, and molecular oncologists. It presents the basic concepts behind circulating tumor cells (CTCs), metastatic biology, and potential applications as to how CTCs can be used in diagnostic biomarkers.
