Although the Freemasons number millions of members worldwide, they are a very secretive org. Many Masons have been major figures in modern history. Many of the Founding Fathers of the U.S. were Freemasons, as were Garibaldi, Haydn, Mozart and Goethe. This book explores the beliefs behind the order, its cryptic rites and symbols, and uncovers its ultimate purpose. Written to promote a deeper understanding of the order, this is an understandable and thorough guide that uses simple and non-technical terms. The author writes with deep feeling and integrity. Masonry is a ¿noble science¿ that is designed to illuminate the mystical path to spiritual ¿awakening into an order and quality of life previously un-experienced.¿
