Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan bengkel sastra ini agar tenaga pendidik mendapatkan pelatihan yang intensif secara langsung dari praktisi sastra Rumah Dunia dan menjadikannya wadah untuk mengekspresikan kemampuan menulisnya.
