Thies Hinrich Seeck (ca.1809-ca.1870/1880) married Margaretha Elizabeth Lahann (ca. 1806-1860). After her death, he and the family immigrated from Germany on the ship "John Bertram" in 1864 to Scott County and then Benton County, Iowa. His death date is unknown.
