Donald (aka Daniel) Rose (1769/1771-1830) married Elizabeth Grant, and immigrated from Scotland to Delaware County, New York, later moving to Albany, New York. Descendants and relatives lived in New York, Maryland, Washington, D.C., California and elsewhere.
