Uncertainty for Safe Utilization of Machine Learning in Medical Imaging
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Fourth Workshop on Uncertainty for Safe Utilization of Machine Learning in Medical Imaging, UNSURE 2022, held in conjunction with MICCAI 2022. The conference was hybrid event held from Singapore. For this workshop, 13 papers from 22 submissions were accepted for publication. They focus on developing awareness and encouraging research in the field of uncertainty modelling to enable safe implementation of machine learning tools in the clinical world.

The three-volume set LNCS 7510, 7511, and 7512 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 15th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer-Assisted Intervention, MICCAI 2012, held in Nice, France, in October 2012. Based on rigorous peer reviews, the program committee carefully selected 252 revised papers from 781 submissions for presentation in three volumes. The third volume includes 79 papers organized in topical sections on diffusion imaging: from acquisition to tractography; image acquisition, segmentation and recognition; image registration; neuroimage analysis; analysis of microscopic and optical images; image segmentation; diffusion weighted imaging; computer-aided diagnosis and planning; and microscopic image analysis.
Medical Computer Vision and Bayesian and Graphical Models for Biomedical Imaging
This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-workshop proceedings of the International Workshop on Medical Computer Vision, MCV 2016, and of the International Workshop on Bayesian and grAphical Models for Biomedical Imaging, BAMBI 2016, held in Athens, Greece, in October 2016, held in conjunction with the 19th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer-Assisted Intervention, MICCAI 2016. The 13 papers presented in MCV workshop and the 6 papers presented in BAMBI workshop were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions. The goal of the MCV workshop is to explore the use of "big data” algorithms for harvesting, organizing and learning from large-scale medical imaging data sets and for general-purpose automatic understanding of medical images. The BAMBI workshop aims to highlight the potential of using Bayesian or random field graphical models for advancing research in biomedical image analysis.

This book constitutes revised selected papers from the International Workshop on Clinical Image-Based Procedures, CLIP 2013, held in conjunction with MICCAI 2012 in Nagoya, Japan, in September 2013. The 19 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 26 submissions. The workshop was a productive and exciting forum for the discussion and dissemination of clinically tested, state-of-the-art methods for image-based planning, monitoring and evaluation of medical procedures.
